So, remember when I wouldn't tell you who was getting my message in a bottle? Well, the FedEx Package arrived and my dear Brit friend Kate received my bottle. I was going to write some long post about what the letter said and what I did but, as is usually the case, I lucked out and someone else did all the work. I also got some ridiculously awesome high praise from it.
Who knew people had fantasies about FedEx?

That is all,

8 Ripples in the pond:
Having just read GI Kate’s very charming account of your generous gift, I can tell you why people in England have fantasies about FedEx: they bloody well get there. In the last couple of years I’ve had two packages sent to me from Blogger friends in the US which have been lost by our wonderful Royal Mail postal service. In the future I shall advise anyone else to do what you did…
lol @ Simon's comment ... so true!
You know you deserve all that praise, Trinity ... don't worry though, I'll be back to abusing you tomorrow ;)
I considered using the post service but I get a discount with FedEx and I trust them alot more. Sorry the Royal Post is not up to the task.
Three cheers for FedEx! And it's "a lot," Trinity, not "alot."
For more musings from me, please see my comment on Kate's post regarding your generous message in a bottle.
I'm glad to see my kindred spirit, Grammarpolice, show up again! YIPPEE!!!!
Comment also left on Kate's blog. I have to say, I was quite wary of her for awhile. What with all of those compliments to you, I thought perhaps she was in Bedlam or something. :)
Oh leave me alone. I was using a blackberry and could barely read the screen.
Thomas, I'm back and putting grammar patrol on high alert!! I had a blog-less weekend in NYC, so getting all caught up today. Phew. Lots of activity.
